Basic Info BioI used to be very active and very fit after an accident I was hurt and I couldn't move around for about 6-months. So I put on a lot of weight .... now I am finding it very hard to get back into the things that I was doing and I am going to take my fight to loose weight public.

I will update on what am doing including photos and how I am going I can only hope this helps and if I helps someone else on the way that would be great!
